CDPH - Emergency Preparedness Office

Phase II - Organizational Self Assessment

Assessments are categorized by the four phases of emergency management: mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery, and are customized to specific disciplines with a role in the response. PHEP/HPP grants were referenced when developing the assessments, as well as FEMA Core Capabilities. The Self-Assessment tools can be used to promote and engage response partners in preparing for and participating in both the tabletop and functional exercises.
